Heating Installer Team Leader (CFC) (M/F) Job description Missions & Responsibilities Site management and leadership: Reading and interpretation of execution plans and schematic diagrams. Daily planning of tasks and distribution of work within the team (installers, fitters, apprentices). Monitoring work progress and coordination with other trades. Technical and installation: Installation and connection of heating systems (heat pumps, boilers, underfloor/slab networks, radiators). Carrying out piping work (steel, copper, PE, crimping, welding). Quality control of installations and carrying out pressure tests/commissioning. Logistics and safety: Management of material supplies and monitoring of stock on site. Rigorous application of safety directives (SUVA) on construction sites. Profile sought Training: CFC in Heating Installation (or equivalent title with ESTI/Swiss equivalence). Experience: Minimum previous experience of 3 to 5 years as a team leader or autonomous fitter on construction sites in Switzerland. Technical skills: Mastery of modern installation techniques, fluent reading of plans, knowledge of the Vaud technical and regulatory framework. License: Driving license (Cat. B) indispensable. Soft skills: Natural leadership, sense of organization, interpersonal skills and resistance to stress.
