Your new tasks • You and your team are an integral part of the DI Sales Acceleration Organization and you take full business responsibility for the technology portfolio group Automation. • In this function, you are responsible for all sales, promotion, and technical consulting activities within the portfolio group in Switzerland and lead a team of 8 employees. • In close cooperation with your team members, you ensure that business operations run smoothly and properly. • You proactively drive the development of strategies for customer development and for increasing market exploitation - always in close coordination with the sales teams. • As a partner, you advise customers regarding their digital transformation and their international business developments. • Strategic capacity and competence planning is also your responsibility. • Based on our ownership culture and a pronounced growth mindset, you motivate your team and the entire organization to continuously become better.
