For our Modern Workplace team, we are looking for operational reinforcement with a focus on software packaging and endpoint management. How you shape health with ### • Modern Packaging: Responsibility for the packaging, adaptation and maintenance of software packages for Windows clients - with a clear focus on the shift from legacy setups towards modern deployment technologies (Intune / Win32) • Automation & Modernization: Ongoing optimization and automation of software distribution and patch processes via SCCM and Microsoft Intune • Operational Backbone: Ensuring stable daily IT operations including 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshooting and close cooperation with the Service Desk as well as application owners (strict focus on operations, no project management) • Holistic System View: You understand the Modern Workplace as a coherent ecosystem. You look beyond the horizon and see exactly how your packages and rollouts affect the entire IT environment • Documentation: Creation, maintenance and ownership of technical documentation and structured operating manuals (BHB-Stories) What distinguishes you ### • Your Mindset: We are not looking for the person with the most certificates, but for someone with the perfect mix: An absolute "hands-on" and "doer" mentality, paired with the claim to think holistically and networked • A completed IT education (eidg.
