We offer a fair wage, which ranges between CHF 57’700 to CHF 67’700 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range. This is what you can achieve. • At the business customer counter, you receive shipments, triage letter and parcel shipments and ensure their correct and timely further processing. • According to the transport schedule, you coordinate the trucks at the ramps and contribute to a smooth operational process in the hall. • You carry out the preparation, sorting and loading of Migros-Online shipments efficiently and with quality awareness together with the messengers. • As the central contact person for messengers, Migros Online and dispatch, you process inquiries, perform address lookups and ensure hall order as well as the provision of empty containers. • Your assignments take place from Monday to Friday predominantly between 14:00 and 21:00. The end of service can vary depending on shipment volume and transport volume. This is what you bring with you. • You have completed basic training, preferably in the logistics, transport or service industry. • Thanks to your independent, reliable and structured way of working, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations. • Daily contact with different stakeholder groups gives you pleasure and you communicate clearly as well as solution-oriented. • You like to roll up your sleeves, are physically resilient, possess a driving license of category B and support your team colleagues on delivery tours if necessary. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common IT and Office programs round off your profile.
