What you do with us: Development and implementation of corporate and category strategies for indirect purchasing Identification and realization of sustainable savings and value enhancement potential along the entire Source-to-Contract process Leadership of complex national and international negotiations as well as conclusion of strategically important contracts Building, developing and controlling high-performance supplier partnerships Introduction and consistent use of modern digital procurement and analysis tools Further development of purchasing processes, governance structures and compliance requirements Analysis of procurement markets, risks, innovations and cost developments to derive strategic recommendations for action Leadership, coaching and further development of a Procurement team Close collaboration with internal stakeholders at all company levels to implement procurement initiatives When you fit with us: Several years of successful leadership experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment Proven track record in demanding negotiations as well as in the implementation of significant savings and value enhancement programs Distinct strategic competence and experience in Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) High implementation strength as well as the ability to actively drive changes and anchor them in the company Enthusiasm for digitization and experience in introducing or further developing Procurement systems and digital processes (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Analytics solutions) Sovereign appearance as well as the ability to convincingly communicate and influence on different management levels Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and pronounced result orientation Analytical strength combined with pragmatism and hands-on mentality Negotiation-secure German and English language skills We are looking for a leadership personality with strategic foresight, clear performance orientation and the will to implement changes.
