The daily customer contact takes place by telephone, virtually via MS Teams or via e-mail. Your main tasks are to acquire new customers and to look after customers. You actively take care of the maintenance of the existing client base, acquisition and the expansion of the insured client base of direct customers – in doing so, you specifically process leads and lists. You perform various administrative tasks, your own support tasks/activities and support the support team (workflow, e-mail inbox, etc.). Your ideas are in demand: You actively participate in sales and marketing measures. Your profile. You have a completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in sales or in customer consulting – ideally already in the KTG, UVG and UVGZ area. A completed VBV training or the willingness to complete it. You enjoy direct customer contact and have a confident, professional appearance – even in hectic situations. You take personal responsibility and show initiative.
