Specialized Mortgage Financing Assistant What awaits you? • Support for Private Client advisors for the processing of financing requests • Processing of financing requests for wealth management clients • External coordination, in particular with clients and notaries • Internal coordination, in particular with advisors, credit analysts, and credit administration • Visiting real estate properties • Participation in complex interviews • Support in managing the mortgage portfolio (renewal, updating files) What do you bring? • A banking CFC, a Bachelor's in finance, or a title deemed equivalent. • Proven experience of at least 3 years in the field of mortgage financing or real estate credit in a bank in Switzerland. • Excellent mastery of regulatory standards and the local real estate market. • Excellent presentation and ease in contact with clients thanks to your natural interpersonal skills, your listening, and your empathy • Good management of stress, deadlines, and priorities • Manifest interest in teamwork while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit • Very good organizational skills to guarantee high quality standards • French native language, English is an asset We work in a friendly environment Cooperative values are our pillars.
