Within the Service Domaines \\\& Bâtiments, you will take charge of construction and renovation projects that contribute directly to the evolution of our city. You are simultaneously a strategist, coordinator, facilitator, and decision-maker. You drive projects forward, unite stakeholders, and find solutions when challenges arise. You represent the interests of the Ville with conviction and contribute to transforming collective needs into concrete, useful, and sustainable achievements. Concretely, you will... Imagine, structure, and pilot projects from conception to realization; Translate user needs into adapted solutions; Conduct feasibility studies and analyze different possible options; Manage public procurement procedures; Coordinate the consultants, companies, and partners involved; Guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality requirements; Prepare the necessary elements for the decision-making of political authorities; Ensure the financial, administrative, and contractual follow-up of operations; Facilitate exchanges and create the conditions for effective collaboration between all project actors. What you bring: An architectural or civil engineering degree (ETH, HES, or a title deemed equivalent); Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally in Switzerland; Excellent mastery of construction processes and project management; Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written; Good knowledge of management and planning tools; A valid driver's license.
