Based in the canton of Jura, our company specializes in the installation of metal frameworks. To strengthen our team and ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of our activities, we are looking for our future Commercial Employee (M/F). Your missions : Establishment and follow-up of invoicing ; Personnel and payroll management (employment contract, hour reports, payslips, social security statements, etc..) ; Bookkeeping and closing ; VAT statements and tax declaration ; Any other administrative task ; Your profile CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training ; Proven experience in an administrative function ; Comfort in using MS tools ; Excellent mastery of spoken and written French; knowledge of German, an asset Your assets : Proactive and dynamic person, you demonstrate organization, autonomy and rigor.
