They will analyze and evaluate complex legal issues and act to ensure fair prices in cases where competition is not effective. With their legal expertise, they will contribute to guiding the activity of the Price Surveillance, in the interest of transparency, fairness, and consumer protection. Furthermore, they protect consumers and commercial operators from abusive price increases and the maintenance of abusive prices.
