Bern, Schweiz | 80-100% What you can contribute to • Analyze business processes (with administrative and military orientation) from the perspective of capacity development within the Command of the Instruction (cdmt Instr); implement optimizations and efficiency gains in the context of the army's digitization process • Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and detailed specifications for assigned projects and systems; communicate requirements from different groups of people (stakeholder groups) within and outside the cdmt Instr • Establish and analyze reports and IT concepts, taking into account current and future project needs (technological scenarios, market developments), and follow the IT and digitization strategy of the Defense/DDPS • Conduct business analyses for renewal, change, and digitization needs, to successfully implement assigned projects and systems; support users in preparing and launching new projects; as a business analyst, collaborate on projects as a representative of users and autonomously lead areas of work in sub-projects • Provide support to the hierarchy regarding guidelines and processes in the IT domain; advise and support cdmt Instr personnel or project teams on architectural prescriptions and requirements engineering • Participate as a product owner or business analyst in projects and systems conducted according to agile methods and represent the interests of the cdmt Instr <br /> What makes you unique Bachelor's degree from a specialized school or university of applied sciences in computer science or business informatics Advanced training or certification in project management (MAS, IP-MA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Requirements Engineering (IREB), business process management (BPMN) Conceptual skills, analytical and synthetic spirit, strong customer and service orientation, habit of working autonomously and goal-oriented while striving for quality Strong sense of communication and teamwork Active knowledge of a second official language In a few words The IT service provider organization is the technically superior instance for all IT domains, functions, and roles within the cdmt Instr. The cdmt Instr includes the Higher Cadre Training, Army Personnel, five training schools, the Army Training Center, and the specialized service Women in the Army and Diversity.
