For our team, we are looking for a self-responsible and independent personality as a personnel officer. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for all HR processes and will accompany employees and superiors in various HR topics. Share What can you expect? ## • Responsibility for all areas of HR management (planning, recruitment, compensation, support, evaluation, development and separation) • Responsibility for payroll processing and social insurance • Participation in recruitment (advertising, interviews, etc.) as well as processing of personnel administration from entry to exit • Contact person and sparring partner for superiors and employees on HR issues What do you bring? ## • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function (banking experience an advantage) • Further education in the field of personnel management • You are an HR generalist and a doer type with a pronounced hands-on mentality • Experience in vocational training • Local roots in the canton of Zug are an advantage
