• 17 August 2026 • 100% • Independent • Possible • \-, 1000 Lausanne For one of our clients, a recognized and growing engineering office specializing in building techniques and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for their future talent in the position of: HVAC Project Manager (M/F) Your responsibilities: ### • Manage HVAC projects from A to Z, from preliminary studies to the acceptance of installations, ensuring the technical, financial, and organizational management of mandates • Be the preferred interlocutor for clients and support them in their technical choices throughout the different SIA phases of the project • Coordinate all stakeholders (architects, mandatories, companies, and authorities) to guarantee the smooth running of projects • Supervise designers and validate studies, plans, and technical diagrams • Ensure work monitoring on the ground until the final acceptance of the works • Contribute to the commercial development and the influence of the company in French-speaking Switzerland Your profile: ### • HES Engineer degree in building technology or CFC as a designer in heating and/or ventilation, supplemented by solid experience in the HVAC field • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project management in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of the standards, practices, and actors of the sector • Very good mastery of Plancal Nova, AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Office suite tools • Entrepreneurial spirit, technical curiosity and a strong interest in innovative solutions in building technologies. • Committed, rigorous and pragmatic personality, recognized for its listening skills, reliability and interpersonal ease Your advantages: ### • Teleworking possible • Human-sized team culture centered on trust, autonomy, impact and quality of work • Great freedom of action and proximity to clients • Possibility to invest yourself in the long term and to evolve quickly in a growing structure A propos de nous: ### At Safeguard Global Suisse, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and permanent placement) and offer personalized solutions to accompany companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
