CNC Mechanic / Polymechanic EFZ with CNC programming knowledge (80–100%)

Your tasks: • Independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling and/or turning machines • Creating, optimizing, and adapting CNC programs (e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazatrol) • Manufacturing of precision parts according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents • First-article inspections as well as ongoing quality checks with modern measuring tools • Optimization of manufacturing processes with regard to quality, cycle time, and economic efficiency • Maintenance and care of the machines as well as ensuring a smooth production process Your profile: • Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ, Mechanic Practitioner EFZ, or a comparable technical training • Several years of experience in CNC machining and CNC programming • Good knowledge of at least one common machine control (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazatrol) • Experience in single-part and small-series production is an advantage • Exact, independent, and responsible way of working • Team-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality • Good German language skills in speaking and writing What awaits you: • Modernly equipped production plants with the latest CNC technology • Demanding and varied tasks • Attractive employment conditions and performance-related remuneration • Further training opportunities and long-term development perspectives • Personal guidance during the entire application process • Placement with renowned companies in the Zug and Central Switzerland region Why an application is worth it Qualified CNC programmers are currently among the most in-demand specialists in Swiss industry.
