Bern | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Monitor and control quality assurance measures in the application of legal requirements (military service obligation, control systems, status changes) in the area of Personnel of the Army (Pers A) as well as in the Personnel Information System of the Army (PISA) • Control and process substantive contributions in the development and updating of legal bases • Issue and implement guidelines for the application of law (templates, forms, text modules) as well as instructions regarding the legal scope of action and the norms in administrative law • Advise and support internal and external bodies in the handling and interpretation of military law • Process data protection inspection requests and collaborate on requests for access to official documents according to the Federal Act on Freedom of Information • Process inquiries and requests from dual citizens for exemption from military service obligation as well as voluntary military service applications from Swiss nationals living abroad <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Advanced commercial basic training (BMS) • Knowledge of military law as well as experience in (military) administration is desirable • Experience in quality management and quality assurance • Basic editorial knowledge, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking • Military training, ideally higher non-commissioned officer or officer of the Swiss Army is an advantage • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a nutshell The Personnel of the Army (Pers A) accompanies members of the armed forces from recruitment to discharge from military service.
