Your tasks • Support our clients with operational issues and disruptions during operation. • Analyze integration and interface errors and develop sustainable solutions. • Verify new developments through structured testing. • Perform certificate changes in collaboration with clients and external organizations. • Take responsibility for configuration work and corrections on integration components. • Maintain and manage integration solutions at our clients. • Guarantee the completeness and timeliness of operational documentation. This position includes participation in the on-call service in rotation every four weeks to ensure availability outside of regular working hours. Your profile • Experience as a software developer as well as a good basic technical understanding. • Degree in computer science or completed computer science training. • Curiosity for interfaces, integrations, and complex system environments. • Interest in learning specialized subjects in the field of e-health as well as pleasure in testing software, detecting errors, and ensuring quality. • Ideally, first experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., IT provider, software vendor, or hospital IT) as well as contacts with the processes of a professional IT environment. • You like working directly with people and communicate clearly and respectfully. • Reliability and stress resistance to maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
