We look forward to reinforcement! ## As a Specialist in Healthcare, you will work closely with clients, their relatives, as well as people from different professions and cultures. Due to the active rotation principle in various fields of work, the training is very varied. You will complete assignments in the acute hospital, in Spitex, as well as in the rehabilitation clinic. As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home, and Spitex, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. However, the well-being of our employees is equally important to us. August 2027, we offer an Apprenticeship Specialist in Healthcare EFZ ## Training process • Three-year training with completion as Specialist in Healthcare with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) • Integrated Federal Vocational Baccalaureate "health and social direction" possible (additional semester after completion of apprenticeship) • Training at three learning locations: training company, vocational school, and inter-company courses • Competencies to be acquired: professional action, hygiene and safety, care and support, medical technology, crisis and emergency, resource preservation and prevention, everyday life organization, nutrition, clothing and laundry, household, administration and logistics, as well as work organization Requirements • Completed compulsory schooling • Good German language skills • Sociability, team and communication skills • Sense of responsibility and good manners • Empathy, patience and respect • Good powers of observation • Practical skill • Careful and precise way of working • Physical and mental health • Readiness for irregular working hours Perspectives • Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (part-time, full-time) • Various professional examinations • Higher professional examinations • Higher technical colleges • Universities of Applied Sciences We start the selection process for the apprenticeship Specialist in Healthcare for the following year in August.
