The Electric Power Distribution Department builds, maintains and operates the electric power distribution network. Thanks to the development of innovative offers, it ensures the technological control of projects such as the realization of the smart grid or public lighting. Mission: • Manage a team of around 30 employees with the profile of network electricians, site managers and site coordinators • Set, coordinate and monitor the objectives of its entity and the members of its team • Pilot, organize and coordinate maintenance, renewal and extension work on the MT/BT network and public lighting for internal and external clients, in its region • Support the teams from a technical and security point of view during complex construction sites • Ensure compliance with SQE standards and promote a safety culture within its team • Establish and manage the operating budget in accordance with the directives, particularly the equipment and vehicle posts • Manage the execution of mandates and financial and human resources, as well as ensure the organization of the on-call service • Participate in various working groups for the continuous improvement of work processes Profile: • Master electrician or equivalent training and experience • At least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, including 5 years with team management responsibility or more • In-depth knowledge of project management • Good knowledge of distribution networks and construction from both a technical and legal point of view in Switzerland • Excellent knowledge of French, with ideally a good oral command of Swiss German or German • Recognized leadership, organizational talent, synthesizing spirit and entrepreneurial spirit What we offer: • The social benefits of a modern company, equal treatment, possibilities for professional development. • A strong team spirit and a team proud to collaborate: "Together for the energy of tomorrow" Need additional information?
