Double Team Lead Residential Adults The Stiftung Schürmatt is a competence center for unique special education services in the Canton of Aargau. We employ around 440 employees at 13 locations. Most of them are active in the education, promotion, and care of people with disabilities. August 2026 or by arrangement at the Oberkulm location. Your main tasks In this function, you will take over the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational management of two residential groups with a total of 12 adults with various disabilities. You will work predominantly from Monday to Friday. The focus is on the leadership and development of your teams as well as the organization of the residential groups – occasional cooperation in care allows you to understand and coordinate the pedagogical process.
