On behalf of our esteemed client, we are selecting, with immediate effect , the following professional figure: Cleaning Manager ======================== What you will be responsible for ------------------------ • Planning and organizing cleaning activities for spaces, defining shifts, priorities, and schedules. • Coordinating and supervising the cleaning staff, distributing tasks and verifying the quality of the result. • Lending a hand when needed: the role involves both management and direct performance of cleaning tasks. • Managing supplies, products, and equipment, reporting needs and keeping materials in order. • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations at work. • Being the point of reference for clients on all matters related to cleaning and decor of spaces. Who we are looking for ----------------------- • Consolidated experience in the cleaning sector, both operationally and in coordinating other people. • Sense of organization and reliability: ability to plan work and maintain standards over time. • Leadership attitude for a small group, with firmness and respect. • Residence in Switzerland with good accessibility to the San Bernardino office. • Good knowledge of Italian; knowledge of German is considered a plus. • Availability for flexible hours • Having own vehicle <br /> If you have the required qualifications and are interested in a stable and dynamic employment, send your application TODAY !
