To strengthen the Merchandising team in the Swiss Romande region, Swatch is currently recruiting a MERCHANDISER MARKET SWISS 100% As a Merchandiser, you are responsible for decorating Swatch stores in Swiss Romande. In this key role for the brand image, you ensure the attractive appearance of the stores and apply the Visual Merchandising decoration guidelines. Job description • Overall responsibility for Visual Merchandising for Swatch and Flik Flak in Swiss Romande, Valais, Jura, and the Bern region, including the implementation of guidelines and respect for the brand image • Installation of attractive window displays and impactful scenographies to reinforce visual impact and capture customer attention • Regular visits to points of sale according to commercial priorities, with control of assortment and decoration materials • Implementation of products and application of merchandising plans within sales areas, ensuring consistent and qualitative presentation • Optimization of the customer journey and adaptation of sales spaces according to new products, stock rotations, and commercial objectives • Monitoring and analysis of performance: tracking key indicators (sales, conversion rates) and observing market and competition trends • Training, motivation, and support for sales teams to ensure optimal implementation of collections and impeccable exhibition maintenance • Proposal of new locations or ideas for activation to dynamize promotions and improve in-store visibility • Support during events and promotions: preparation, installation, and coordination of special decorations or VM projects • Administrative management including weekly planning, expense tracking, and coordination of field interventions Profile • Creativity and aesthetic sense: excellent mastery of space, volumes, colors, and light • Technical and manual skills: ease in handling tools and creating visual installations • Rigor and organization: simultaneous management of several projects and strict respect for collection-related calendars • Relational ease: ability to communicate effectively with store managers and unite teams around a visual project • Open and communicative personality, with an enthusiastic and solution-oriented attitude • Proactive and entrepreneurial behavior: taking initiatives and constantly seeking improvements • Ability to impose and enforce presentation standards • Autonomous work and sense of responsibility in field missions • Availability to travel, including overnight stays • Organizational talent and effective priority management • Flexibility and adaptability to unexpected events • Resistance to stress in a dynamic and demanding environment • Sales experience considered an asset Professional requirements • Mastery of MS Office tools for planning, reporting, and internal communication Languages Ideally, you live in Swiss Romande and speak French fluently.
