Department Head of Nursing (80-100%) Nursing Home

For a modern and established nursing institution in the Seeland region, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person as a department head of nursing. The institution is located in a very beautiful region and is easily accessible by car and public transportation. In this responsible function, you will take over the management of a nursing department with 46 residents and the personnel management of a team of around 30 employees.
