Your responsibilities A true pilot of your operations, you ensure the complete management of renovation and transformation projects, from their preparation to their delivery. In this capacity, you: • Plan and organize projects by coordinating human, technical, administrative, and financial aspects. • Develop schedules, analyze risks, and participate in the selection of partners and subcontractors. • Ensure the operational management of construction sites and the coordination of all stakeholders. • Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives. • Manage the financial and contractual follow-up of projects as well as reporting to Management. • Ensure the relationship with project owners, representatives, and purchasers. • Supervise and support teams in order to promote their performance and development. Your profile • Holder of higher education in the field of construction (Engineer or equivalent), you benefit from confirmed experience in project management in Switzerland. • You have developed solid expertise in the renovation and transformation of buildings. • You master the technical, organizational, and regulatory aspects related to the management of construction projects. • Recognized for your sense of organization and your ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, you know how to lead your projects with autonomy and rigor. • Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to unite employees around common objectives. • Solution-oriented and customer satisfaction-oriented, you thrive easily in demanding and stimulating environments. #LI-Hybrid
