As a cantonal institution, the HPZS accompanies and supports around 110 people with a cognitive impairment. To strengthen our cleaning team, we are looking for a committed, independent and reliable personality in a part-time position. With your expertise and your careful way of working, you will make an important contribution to the quality of our services and to the further development of our area. Your tasks • You take over the independent cleaning and care of our premises and assist with basic cleaning. • You consistently implement hygiene and quality standards according to our quality management system (QMS). • For operation-specific assignments, you help out flexibly and contribute to a smooth operational process. • With your ideas and your experience, you actively participate in the organization and further development of our cleaning processes. • If required, you flexibly support the team at our second location. Your profile • You have completed training as a Specialist in Hotel Management/Domestic Science EFZ or a comparable qualification as well as a driving license of category B. • You bring practical experience in the area of cleaning and work carefully, independently and responsibly. • Very good German language skills as well as confident user knowledge of common PC programs round off your profile. • Thanks to your networked way of thinking and your good organizational and coordination skills, you help to shape work processes efficiently. • Teamwork is a matter of course for you. You encounter people with impairments with appreciation and empathy; further training in pedagogy is an advantage.
