About Our Client ## The Fondation Jan Michalski is a cultural venue that combines literature, architecture, and public reception. Its site, composed of several buildings and varied technical infrastructures, offers a unique and extraordinary working environment. Job Description ## • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of technical equipment, buildings, and site infrastructures. • Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, regulation, humidification and heat production, sanitary installations, while participating in routine diagnostics and troubleshooting. • Coordinate and monitor interventions from external companies as well as various maintenance contracts. • Perform various maintenance and repair tasks, ensure the monitoring of consumables, stocks, access, and certain equipment of the Fondation. • Participate in the general maintenance of interior and exterior spaces, including notably waste management, monitoring of exterior access, as well as seasonal snow removal and salting interventions. • Contribute to the implementation of more preventive and structured maintenance via the use of CMMS and the monitoring of interventions. • Ensure the maintenance of technical rooms. The Successful Applicant ## • At least five years of experience in technical building maintenance, installation operation, or a similar multi-technical environment. • Good general knowledge in heating, ventilation, regulation, electricity, plumbing, and building maintenance. • Versatile, autonomous, and field-oriented profile, capable of intervening on various issues on a daily basis. • Comfortable in monitoring external service providers and in the organization of technical interventions. • Structured person, appreciating planning and wishing to participate in the development of preventive maintenance. • Ideally residing less than 30 minutes from Montricher to guarantee good reactivity when the situation requires it. • Conscientious, of a pleasant temperament and open to dialogue What's on Offer ## • A position at 80% split over 4 days per week. • A varied activity offering autonomy, responsibilities, and technical diversity. • 5 weeks of vacation, then 6 weeks from age 50. • A particularly attractive occupational pension scheme with a contribution of 65% from the employer and 35% from the employee. • A working base of 40 hours per week. • Lunch meals at a preferential rate. • Telephone subscription covered.
