Le Grand Hôtel du Cervin is looking for a head chef to join the Brasserie du Cervin team Do you have a sense of responsibility, are you methodical, disciplined, and do you wish to implement your skills with a dynamic and enthusiastic team? You will work in the heart of a busy Youth Hostel, in a historic building with a magnificent outdoor terrace, in the heart of the Valais Alps. Seasons are busy at La Brasserie du Cervin: themed evenings, special events, banquets and groups, all while maintaining the local reference title for Rösti. From breakfast to dinner, including brunch and snacking on the terrace, our winter menu will keep you busy between hotel residents and passing restaurant customers.
