Technical Assistant in the Department of Public Works, Construction and Urban Planning (60 % - 80 %)

The Municipality of Château-d’Oex is advertising the following position: Technical Assistant in the Department of Public Works, Construction and Urban Planning (60% to 80%) Your main missions: • Manage and follow, in their entirety, construction files. • Inform owners and their representatives. • Participate in the work of the technical commission. • Control the conformity of the work carried out. • Issue occupancy and use permits. • Apply and ensure compliance with construction legislation. • Maintain the federal construction statistics. Your profile: • Possess training in line with the function and have at least two years of professional experience. • Demonstrate a particular interest in the field of construction and the application of related laws and procedures. • Show aptitude for the methodical follow-up of files and an interest in administrative tasks. • Possess good analytical skills and a critical mind. • Possess a good team spirit and a sense of collaboration. • Be ready to follow the professional training necessary for the function. • Hold a valid driver's license. Salary conditions According to the personnel regulations (class 3 or 4), depending on experience and qualifications. Entry into service 1st October 2026 or date to be agreed.
