Accounting Expert

The employer is looking for a: EXPERT SOLO ACCOUNTANT (noted profession) Tasks: • the sought-after figure will have a central role in the organization by collaborating with the different corporate functions, actively contributing over time also to the development and optimization of group processes. • complete management of the holding's accounting up to the preparation of the annual closing according to Swiss standards. • involvement in the administrative and accounting management of the American branch. • coordination of the accounting activities of the two foreign commercial companies of the group. • management of intercompany flows and related reconciliations. • support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and periodic reporting. • collaboration in the preparation of the group consolidated accounts. • analysis of costs, margins and company performance in collaboration with the Sales and Supply Chain departments. Requirements: • training in the accounting or financial field (Cantonal Accountant, Bachelor in Economics or equivalent qualification). • consolidated experience of at least 6-10 years in accounting roles at international commercial companies (not just fiduciary firms). • excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting and main administrative-financial processes. • experience in managing multinational entities and intercompany relationships. • excellent knowledge of Excel and professional IT tools. • excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages, both written and spoken. • precision, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. • ability to organize work autonomously and to manage multiple activities simultaneously. • curiosity and in-depth study of subjects for continuous professional growth. • excellent relational, communicative and collaborative skills • preferably aged between 34 - 43 years Employment details: • workplace Cadro • 100% occupation • employment by prior agreement, permanent • salary to be agreed upon What we offer: • integration into an international group. • key role with high autonomy and with growth of responsibility. • collaborative, dynamic and people-oriented work environment. • opportunities for professional growth. • permanent contract.
