Communication Professional / Editor (50-60%) For over 80 years, we have been committed to high-quality and affordable living space in the city of Zürich and the surrounding area. With around 20 employees in the office and 40 employees in operations, we manage more than 2’500 cooperative apartments. To build up our communications department, we are looking for a creative and proactive personality by arrangement as: Communication Professional / Editor (50-60%) You enjoy working independently, think visually, write with ease, and feel at home in the digital world. Flexible working hours suit you – assignments outside of office hours at events are also a matter of course for you. Then we would like to get to know you. What you move Editing, design, production, and further development of our digital and printed communication channels for all stakeholder groups Research, creation, preparation, and implementation of content (text, image, and video material) in German Responsibility for central publications (e.g., annual report, info magazine, website content, and information letters) Communicative accompaniment of our construction and renovation projects, events, and strategic endeavors Setup and maintenance of the planned LinkedIn channel and any further social media channels Coordination of external partners for photo, video, and graphic productions Ensuring a consistent appearance across all channels What we wish for Education or experience in communication, media, or editing Practical experience in writing corporate and marketing texts in various formats Joy in visual storytelling and the creation of digital content Confident in the use of digital tools such as MS-Office 365, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop Independent, proactive, and hands-on working style Openness, curiosity, and organizational talent Time flexibility for project-dependent assignments (also in the evenings or occasionally on weekends) Very good German skills (native language) What we offer you A versatile, meaningful activity with visible impact A lot of creative freedom in a newly created function A collegial, appreciative environment with short decision-making paths Workplace in the city of Zürich with good public transport connections Attractive employment conditions, progressive social benefits, and fringe benefits Have we aroused your interest?
