Your mission: Within a small team, you promote social cohesion and the integration of young people up to 25 years old throughout the communal territory through field work and targeted actions. Your responsibilities: Design, animate, and evaluate activities and free drop-in sessions intended for young people; Go out to meet young people, establish a bond of trust, and encourage participation; Support, facilitate, and accompany young people in the creation of projects; Participate in the working sessions of the communal Youth Network, collaborate with the regional fabric and partners active in the field of sociocultural animation. Your profile: HES training as a sociocultural animator or a title deemed equivalent; Training as a practitioner trainer, an asset; Good knowledge of the Fribourg social network; Experience in project management; Interpersonal ease and team spirit, multidisciplinary collaboration; Good management of conflict and stress; Sense of organization and discretion; Autonomy, versatility, and ability to adapt; Flexibility (hours, weekends, summer period); Mastery of usual IT tools; Analytical and synthesis skills.
