In this versatile entry-level position, you will contribute your analytical thinking, further develop reporting, and work closely with various specialist departments.  The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### What you will do • You are part of the Management Services controlling team and actively participate in the financial management of the HRM, Immobilien & Betrieb, Digital & IT, and Corporate Center directorates • You support the Business Partners with financial management questions and projects for transparent cost control • You participate in monthly and annual closings as well as management reporting • You create reports, support budgeting, forecasts and business plans, and derive recommendations for action • You analyze optimization potentials, support business cases and contribute to cross-departmental projects • You further develop financial key figures, dashboards and controlling processes and prepare decision-making bases for management   How you will succeed • You have a commercial education with further training in controlling or finance and accounting, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable course of study • Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial professional experience or internships in controlling, finance or accounting • You have experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage • You bring a high technical affinity, quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and tools and communicate confidently with different stakeholders • You enjoy numbers, analyses and business correlations and think in an interconnected manner • You work in a structured, independent manner, like to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the team Our benefits We look forward to your application Claudine Schweizer Recruiting About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
