Business Controller (all) Your tasks As a Business Controller, you support the managing directors of individual subsidiaries of various sizes as a sparring partner and trusted person in financial management. You have a passion for data analysis and the development of action recommendations based on extensive data points from FIBU, cost accounting, or standardized KPIs. You accompany the monthly project controlling of customer projects and create project evaluations with the managing directors. In addition, you lead the subsidiaries through the budget process, accompany the semi-annual and annual financial statements, and are responsible for the preparation of the quarterly business reviews with the group management. Depending on your experience and your personal strengths and preferences, you can take on additional projects. What you bring with you You have a degree in business administration (Uni/FH/HF), a federal diploma in finance and accounting with controlling further training, or are an expert in accounting and controlling. You have 2-3 years of controlling experience. Initial experience in the project business (building technology and plant engineering) is an advantage. You are a flexibly thinking and communicative personality. Your independent, proactive, and innovative way of working distinguishes you. You are a team player with high analytical and networked thinking abilities. You have very good Excel skills and find your way around complex data structures correctly. Experience with BI tools such as Power-BI or Tableau is an advantage. Your English is business fluent. Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatorily necessary.
