Procap is the largest self-help and member organization for people with disabilities in Switzerland. The core service of the association Procap Zürich-Schaffhausen for 2800 members (children, adolescents and adults) focuses on the social insurance sector. Experienced professionals advise people with a wide variety of disabilities or illness-related restrictions. Furthermore, we are committed to politics, administrations and society on their behalf. Specific courses, events and awareness-raising activities complement our offer for members and interested parties. Due to retirement, we are looking for a Commercial Employee (female) / Commercial Employee (male) - 70 % starting 1 February 2027 (or by arrangement) Your area of responsibility includes • Association administration / member management / organization of the annual general meeting • Accounting, incl. payroll accounting • Management of the website • Responsibility for the office infrastructure including IT and telephony, in cooperation with the corresponding service providers • Course organization as well as coordination and support of volunteers • Further tasks on behalf of the management • Administrative processing in the field of social insurance counseling on behalf of the counseling team • Deputy for initial consultation / triage Ideally, you bring with you • a basic commercial training • accounting experience and corresponding qualification • ideally further training in social insurance administration • proficiency in the German language: written and oral • sound IT user knowledge (Outlook, MS-Office, possibly Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Typo3) • ability to work in a team, social competence and empathetic communication as well as discretion and confidentiality • flexibility, resilience, independent way of working, initiative and humor We offer you • a versatile and meaningful activity • an interdisciplinary team (currently 6 people) with a positive culture characterized by mutual support • integration into the nationwide organization Procap Schweiz • attractive offices directly near Uster station as well as contemporary employment conditions.
