Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Manage terminals / MDM in the Microsoft Cloud environment (AAD, MS Intune, SCCM, etc.) • Ensure software distribution as part of standard software version and patch management (e.g., M365 Apps) as well as client requests (e.g., third-party applications) • Automate manual steps in workflows and processes • Create reports on Workplace and support partner teams • Assume the role of main interlocutor for clients and internal OFIT services regarding the provision of software for workstations (BAB and VBAB clients) as well as for questions concerning backend systems (among others APS-BW, OFIT SPT client portal, SCCM, Remedy, etc.) • Participate in testing and troubleshooting of new versions (3rd level support) <br /> What makes you unique • IT training (CFC) and a diploma from a specialized higher education institution, or equivalent specialized or technical continuing education • Mastery of the following tools: Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Windows, SQL and Powershell • Ability to synthesize information, aptitude for teamwork and communication skills • Experience in collaborating within agile teams (SCRUM and SAFe) and, ideally, ITIL and HERMES • Good knowledge of an official language and English <br /> In a few words As a systems specialist, you will work within a team responsible for terminal and software management to meet the high-quality requirements of the office's clients.
