Our administration and production of our well-known brands Eptinger and Pepita are located at our headquarters in Eptingen (BL). At our second production site in Lostorf (SO), we also bottle the brand Cristallo as well as various contract manufacturing orders. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Head of Quality Management (80% to 100%) starting 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. As a staff position reporting to the management, you will take overall responsibility for the quality management of our two production sites. With your expertise and personality, you will ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene, and food safety standards and continuously develop our quality processes. Your Tasks Quality Management Leading the quality management staff position with direct reporting to the management Responsibility for the further development, maintenance, and assurance of our quality management system Coordination of cross-departmental quality management tasks Developing the basis for quality and audit planning for the specialist departments Planning, organization, and implementation of internal audits as well as hygiene checks, including follow-up of the resulting measures Ensuring and continuously developing the HACCP system as well as leading the HACCP team Preparation, organization, and accompaniment of IFS audits as well as customer and authority audits, including implementation and follow-up of the resulting measures Recording, evaluation, and analysis of quality-relevant key figures Creation and maintenance of internal specifications as well as ensuring the conformity of supplier specifications Independent processing and answering of product complaints Functioning as safety coordinator in the area of occupational safety Production sites Eptingen and Lostorf Responsibility for the compliance and further development of hygiene plans Analysis and continuous optimization of processes regarding quality, efficiency, as well as cost and time expenditure Microbiology Ensuring smooth laboratory operations at the Eptingen and Lostorf locations Conducting and evaluating microbiological analyses Initiating and following up on suitable measures in case of deviations from specifications Procurement of laboratory and analysis materials Technical and personnel leadership of the laboratory employee Your Profile Completed training as a food technician, food engineer, quality manager, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in quality management in the food industry Sound knowledge of HACCP as well as quality management systems Experience with IFS standards and in the preparation and accompaniment of audits Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage Independent, structured, and precise way of working Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and a confident appearance Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality with a high level of commitment What you can look forward to A responsible key position with versatile creative freedom Attractive employment conditions 5 weeks of vacation A collegial, motivated team with short decision-making paths Appreciative corporate culture in an independent family business Free beverage supply – also for home A secure job in a successful and renowned company Interested?
