Legal Counsel Legal Counsel Energy Sector (m/f/d) Are you looking for a broad, operational in-house role with real creative freedom? For one of our clients in the energy sector, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen the internal legal team – with a focus on Switzerland and an extended perspective on the DACH region. Your Tasks You create, review and negotiate commercial contracts (including procurement, trading and comparable agreements) You advise on questions of insolvency and enforcement law You support compliance with public law requirements, including public tenders You support as a legal contact person throughout all phases of complex projects – from planning and procurement to commissioning You coordinate cooperation with external law firms Your Profile Completed degree in law At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (in-house in an industrial environment) Native German, business fluent English Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality We look forward to your application! jpid2774173jm jit0731jm jiy26jm
