Health Auxiliary or Care and Support Assistant (F/M/D) in permanent employment at 60% \- CAT Manureva La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and particularly in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their lives. In this context and in order to complete our team, we are looking for our Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Manureva in Orges, which has 25 places for reception in psychogeriatrics: Health Auxiliary or Care and Support Assistant (F/M/D) in permanent employment at 60% \- CAT Manureva Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of accompanying People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of "like at home" services. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. Within our Temporary Reception Centre, you accompany People in the acts of daily life, taking into account their support project, their abilities and their level of autonomy. You perform the delegated care relating to your function and contribute to maintaining a secure, warm and stimulating environment. In collaboration with the interprofessional team or autonomously, you prepare, organize and animate activities adapted to the needs and desires of the People being received. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals, snacks and culinary workshops, considered as true moments of sharing, pleasure and maintenance of abilities. You also ensure the movement of People during outdoor activities, thus contributing to the maintenance of social ties and their openness to the region. YOUR PATHWAY \- YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You hold a CRS Health Auxiliary certificate or an AFP in Care and Support Assistance (ASA) or a title deemed equivalent. You possess confirmed experience in supporting elderly people, ideally in psychogeriatrics. You are comfortable in performing delegated care. You enjoy cooking and are capable of preparing simple meals and conducting culinary activities with the People being received. You hold a category B driver's license and are comfortable driving minibus-type vehicles (9 places). Knowledge of the Nord vaudois region is an asset. You demonstrate empathy, kindness and an attitude centered on the well-being of the Person. You enjoy working in an interprofessional team and communicate appropriately. You master French (oral and written) as well as usual IT tools.
