Senior SAP Application Consultant S/4 # (m/w/d) freelance/in temporary employment for a project Bern Start date: immediately Reference number: 880683/1 Project information ### • No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing through Hays (Schweiz) Tasks ### • Control and transparent implementation of project activities according to agile methods (Jira) incl. stakeholder management • Conception and design of the solution for data and document archiving after SAP legacy shutdown • Analysis, recording and consolidation of technical and functional requirements • Definition and documentation of architecture decisions for the target system solution • Creation of process descriptions (e.g. collaboration/flow diagrams) • Creation of functional specifications (FS) • Elaboration of configuration documentation for the target architecture • Creation of technical specifications for extensions (WRICEF) • Conception and documentation of test cases • Close collaboration with departments, architecture and IT teams Profile ### • In-depth experience in SAP data archiving and shutdown of SAP systems in an enterprise environment • In-depth market knowledge of archiving and decommissioning solutions in complex, hybrid SAP landscapes • Senior experience in SAP R/3 decommissioning and data and document migration • Experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence and SAP Solution Manager • Very good knowledge of architecture design and selection of suitable system solutions • Experience with third-party archiving solutions (e.g. KGS Archiv or similar) • Understanding of SAP Asset Management/maintenance processes (e.g. EQU, TP, IH orders etc.) • Know-how in integration and migration of SAP systems with third-party solutions • Structured, analytical and conceptual way of working • Language skills: German C1 and English at least B2 Benefits ### • Responsible and varied activity in a technically exciting environment • Access to the latest technologies and tools • Your environment and your working day will be engaging and varied
