Operations Engineer Plant Technology (all)

Look forward to exciting tasks: • Monitor and optimize our energy plants to ensure stable and efficient operation. • Analyze operational and process data to identify efficiency and cost-saving potentials. • Plan and coordinate maintenance, overhauls, and shutdowns to maximize plant availability. • Collaborate on technical optimization and investment projects (e.g., retrofits, new technologies) and lead sub-projects. • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering, and support external partners. This is how you make us even better: • Ability to analyze malfunctions in a structured manner and develop sustainable solutions. • Completed degree at least at FH level in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering or similar. • Strong technical know-how in energy or plant technology as well as enjoyment in continuously developing technical plants. • Pronounced understanding of economic contexts and the optimization of efficiency, costs, and operational safety. • The mix between being on the move in the plant park and working in the office suits you.
