Project Engineer in Tunnel Construction (60%-100%)

Are you interested in helping to shape the infrastructure of tomorrow? This is what you will be doing As a project engineer in tunnel construction, you will work on challenging projects in rail and road tunnel construction across all project phases. You will support the planning, design and execution of tunnel and underground structures and develop economical and sustainable solutions for complex engineering issues together with experienced specialists. In doing so, you will develop technical concepts, carry out calculations and analyses and contribute to the creation of project documents, reports and tender documents. You will work closely with internal specialists and external project participants and ensure that the requirements of construction clients, authorities and other stakeholders are incorporated into the project processing. In this role, you are part of an interdisciplinary team and make an important contribution to the successful implementation of tunnel and infrastructure projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines. This is what you bring You have an academic degree in civil engineering and are interested in challenging issues in tunnel and infrastructure construction. You think analytically, work in a structured way and have a high motivation to further develop your knowledge in challenging projects. Additionally, you appreciate working in interdisciplinary teams and convince with your open and communicative manner in exchange with colleagues, customers and other project participants.
