The goal of our around 25 reintegration consultants is the preservation of the workplace for people with a performance restriction, the preservation of employability and professional reintegration into the labor market. To strengthen the Reintegration department, we are looking for a responsible, patient and resilient personality with high communication skills and pleasure in dealing with people in different life situations by agreement. Your tasks • You support insured persons, including young people, in maintaining their previous workplace or in finding a suitable job. • You analyze situations, plan and implement purposeful measures in a targeted manner and use the services of the IV. • You work actively with internal and external partners, including in interdisciplinary case discussions. • You take on a responsible role in case management and document it in writing. • You maintain your network with employers and constantly build contacts to successfully integrate insured persons into the labor market. Your competencies • You have a professional training and several years of professional experience, preferably in the HR/CM area in the private sector. • You bring good social insurance knowledge and ideally further training in the area of Supported Employment, Case Management, Coaching or HR. • You have experience in dealing with people with health restrictions and convince through empathy and consulting competence. • You understand how to design and control processes and a high customer orientation is a matter of course for you. • You take on administrative tasks with pleasure, your skilled handling of MS-Office characterizes you and you are also happy to be on the road in the field.
