Nurse(s) – Home Care (M/F)

Your responsibilities Ensure nursing care at home in accordance with medical prescriptions and the needs of patients. Evaluate the state of health of patients and participate in the development of individualized care plans. Perform technical care (dressings, injections, infusions, blood sampling, monitoring of treatments, etc.). Ensure clinical follow-up and monitoring of the evolution of patients' state of health. Accompany patients and their loved ones in managing the disease and maintaining autonomy. Collaborate with doctors, therapists and all partners in the care network. Participate in the coordination of interventions and guarantee the continuity of care. Ensure rigorous documentation of services performed. Your profile Nurse HES, ES diploma or equivalent title recognized in Switzerland (or Swiss Red Cross recognition). Experience in home care is an asset. Young graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent relational skills and sense of human contact. Autonomy, sense of responsibility and good organizational capacity. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Mastery of spoken and written French. Category B driver's license essential. Personal vehicle essential for professional travel.
