For our team, we are looking for an independent, motivated and proactive: Project Manager Sustainability 80-100% Our team enables companies and public institutions to anchor sustainability in strategy, business processes and business models and supports them in measuring and communicating sustainability performance. The tasks include, among other things: • Consulting customers in the private and public sectors in the area of sustainability strategy & transformation (materiality analyses, strategy, transformation support, ESG data management, reporting & sustainability communication) • Further development of the consultancy offer in the area of sustainability strategy & transformation • Active customer care and acquisition of new customers (including conducting sales campaigns) Your profile: • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering, Environmental/Resource Management, Sustainable Business Development or comparable training) • At least 3 years of professional experience in the private sector, skilled handling of corporate customers • Practical experience in sustainability reporting according to recognized standards (GRI, CSRD, VSME etc.) and in ESG data management • Very good knowledge of current and emerging sustainability regulations in Switzerland and the EU (Art. 964a ff. OR, VSoTr, TCFD, CSRD, ESPR etc.) • Good networking in the sustainability and climate sector in Switzerland • Open, creative personality with very good networking and communication skills • Very good German and English language skills.
