And because of the many opportunities to get involved and make your way.  The Ambulante Psychiatrie and Psychotherapie Zug with the ambulatory clinic in Baar has FMH/SIWF recognition as a training center category A. It ensures the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic basic care of the adult population in the canton of Zug.  Due to a retirement, we are looking for a competent person at our location in Baar from January 1, 2027, as  Sozialarbeiter/in (w/m/d) 50% ## Your tasks include • Consulting on work and professional integration, livelihood security, debt regulation, social insurance law, adult protection law, civil and criminal law • Consulting and supporting with living situations, social integration • Participation in clarification discussions • Socio-psychiatric support • Networking and coordination with other institutions, counseling centers, authorities, municipal social services and relatives • Collaboration in the interdisciplinary treatment team • General administrative tasks You bring • Diploma in Social Work FH or HF and in-depth specialist knowledge in social work • Interest and experience in the field of psychiatry • Further training in conversation guidance/counseling is helpful • Pronounced social and communication skills with empathy towards people in difficult life situations • High sense of responsibility as well as secure appearance and flexibility • Quick comprehension, reliable and independent work • Ability to keep an overview even under high workload • Joy and commitment to collaboration in a motivated team, active exchange of knowledge and experience • Good user knowledge in MS-Office • Impeccable German language skills in word and writing, foreign language skills are an advantage We offer you • Collegial team, possibility for intervision • A lot of quality of life with at least 5 weeks of vacation, from the age of 55 6 weeks • Central location, one minute walk to the train station • We participate in your public transport costs
