Our customers are national and international manufacturers of innovative medical technology devices – including ventilators, ophthalmic surgical systems, and shock wave generators. We deliver both individual components such as valves and complete, custom-developed system assemblies – perfectly suited for the respective application. For the expansion and development of our Life Science business area, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and sales-strong personality. YOUR TASKS In this key position, you are responsible for the establishment and sustainable development of the Life Science business area in Switzerland. By identifying market potentials early, building long-term customer partnerships with OEMs, and implementing custom fluid technology solutions, you create the foundation for sustainable growth. Development and implementation of the market and growth strategy for the Life Science and MedTech market in Switzerland and selected international markets. Establishment and maintenance of a strategic customer portfolio with a focus on OEMs and development departments Identification of new applications, customers, and technological fields in MedTech, diagnostics, and analytics Active acquisition of projects and support of customer developments from the concept phase to series production readiness Analysis of customer applications and development of suitable fluidic solutions for gases and liquids in close cooperation with Application Engineering. Recognition of potentials for system solutions and custom-designed assemblies. Observation of technological trends as well as evaluation of new technologies and business opportunities Close cooperation with international suppliers and technology partners OUR REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed technical or scientific studies or comparable qualification (e.g., medical technology, bioengineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar). Experience: Several years of experience in development, project management, or technical sales of products requiring explanation. Experience in the MedTech, Life Science, or related high-tech environment. Sound sales experience in the B2B environment with complex products, long sales cycles, and multiple stakeholders Strong acquisition, negotiation, and communication skills as well as a professional appearance Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building a young, growing business area High understanding of customer applications and ability to identify and develop tailor-made solutions Strong social competence as well as the ability to build networks and create trust Languages: Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel within Switzerland (40%).
