Apprenticeship as a Merchant EFZ in St. Gallen (Summer 2027) # What to expect • You will further develop your communication skills through personal, telephone and written customer contact. • You will support administrative tasks and contribute to the organization of sales activities. • You will take responsibility for processing and resolving customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. • From the first day on, you will work actively and independently in the agency to gain practical experience. • The training at CONCORDIA offers you a springboard for your professional future in sales. What you bring • You are currently in secondary school level A/B or grammar school and have good grades in the main subjects. • The healthcare industry, and in particular the health and social insurance industry, interests you. • You can express yourself fluently in writing and speaking. • You have fun contacting people, are versatile, work well in a team and learn quickly and easily. • As a person, you are friendly, open and have good manners. You bring a high willingness to learn and take responsibility. • A communicative and proactive personality is particularly important in sales. • You bring a certain flair for digital tools and enjoy working with them.
