Become part of our new educational daycare center in Küssnacht as Pedagogical Lead! Your tasks: Taking over the overall pedagogical management and supporting the design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine. Building and maintaining a trusting educational partnership with the families. Organization of excursions, parent activities, and events. Supervision of the children's developmental documentation (e.g., portfolio work). Leadership of the team and promotion of an appreciative and familial working atmosphere. Participation in team meetings and higher-level projects. What you bring with you: Completed training as FABE-K, educator or comparable qualification (e.g., HF/BA educational sciences)  Teamwork skills, creativity, and a structured way of working. Passion for working with children and joy in contributing creative approaches.
