You take over the overall pedagogical management and actively shape the learning and the atmosphere in the daycare With your appreciative manner, you lead a committed team and create a familial, positive workplace culture You bear the responsibility for the training of our apprentices and accompany them on their way You maintain an open, trusting cooperation with the parents You participate in higher-level projects and meetings and help shape the future of our daycares What you bring with you: A completed training as FABE, educator, HF/BA in educational sciences or comparable qualification - ideally with further training in the area of management Initial management experience is an advantage Passion for early education and deep specialist knowledge You are a team player who impresses with initiative, creativity and flexibility You work independently, structured and responsibly What awaits you with us?
