Audience Engagement Manager:in watson (a) 80 \- 100 % In this diverse job you ensure that occasional visitors on the watson platforms in German- and French-speaking Switzerland become loyal, returning, and interacting users you build new user features and work interdisciplinarily with the editorial department, product management, Data Science, and marketing you manage audience projects from ideation, through implementation, to deployment you optimize the UX: conception and implementation of onsite measures such as context-dependent content displays, recommendations, pop-ups, in-article notices, links you deal with personalization \& AI, working closely with the data team and the editorial department to use algorithms/recommendation engines for smarter content delivery you continuously optimize our A/B and multivariate testing and our KPI monitoring You reach the goal here if you have experience in front-end and audience development – ideally in a media or e-commerce environment you have practical knowledge in UX/conversion optimization and testing you have heard of tools like Google Analytics or Marfeel before and are eager to learn more deeply you have an understanding of algorithmic content personalization and machine learning-based recommendations (translator role between editorial and tech) you bring creativity and a willingness to experiment, combined with data-driven decision-making you like to talk with other people often and enjoy interdisciplinary work Why is there an (a) in the job title?
