Client Support Web Application Your main tasks You participate in the development of our Easycheck-in and Medhive applications. You will participate in the client support of our solutions. You manage the projects for the implementation of our solutions. You advise our clients on the implementation of our solutions. You analyze and implement the needs of our clients in service digitization. You support the development team in new features. Your profile You master French or German perfectly and have a good practice of the other language. You have experience in client support You have good relational and communication skills. You have knowledge in the field of tourism and/or paramedical institutions You are autonomous and have strong organizational skills. You have good synthesis and analysis skills. You are dynamic, flexible with a good team spirit You share your curiosity for new technologies You have experience with web solutions.
